Custom-made products

As all products are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives defective or does not match the details you provided at checkout, please inspect the item upon receipt and contact us immediately.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly produced, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to be eligible for review.
